Namma Toronto TV is North America’s dedicated Karnataka community (especially KANNADA | TULU | KONKANI media channel — a humble, non-profit initiative born in 2024 with one clear purpose: to strengthen, support, and digitally empower the Karnataka community across Canada and the USA.
This journey was never about creating something grand for recognition. It began with a simple vision — to build a strong media platform that stands beside every community organization, promotes their work, and unites Kannadigas beyond borders. Today, we proudly support not only Kannada, but also Karnataka’s rich linguistic heritage including Tulu and Konkani, ensuring that every voice from our homeland finds space and celebration here in North America.

Strong Pillars Behind the Mission
The organization was strengthened by dedicated Board of directors and contributors like Prajna Jain and Rathan Kotekar, whose vision and commitment continue to guide this mission forward.
From the very beginning, a passionate core team stood firmly behind the platform — Varun Manjunath (script writer), VJ Prajna Jain, VJ Smitha Naik, VJ Prafulla Vitas, Deekshith Jain (script), VJ Nandini, VJ Manasa Prasad & VJ Vinaya Shetty. Their dedication in the initial stages played a crucial role in building and strengthening Namma Toronto TV. We are sincerely thankful to have such a committed and talented team.

Flagship Initiative – The Voice of Namma Toronto
One of our most prestigious initiatives is The Voice of Namma Toronto, a singing platform designed to nurture and encourage emerging talent, especially young artists across North America.
This initiative is guided and mentored by respected cultural leaders , Judges & Brand Ambassadors of Namma Toronto tv including:

Beyond competitions, we conduct workshops, collaborative programs, interviews, and cultural events that nurture confidence, creativity, and professional growth.

Namma Toronto TV is led by Kannadigas, for the Kannadigas — but it belongs to everyone who believes in preserving and celebrating Karnataka’s heritage.
We warmly welcome artists, volunteers, content creators, cultural leaders, and community members to join hands with us. This platform is open to anyone passionate about serving the community.
